Opening Ceremony vs Beastie Boys

To coincide with the new Beastie Boys film, Opening Ceremony has teamed up with the group on a limited-edition collection of graphic pieces inspired by their most iconic music, available to shop only on Farfetch.

The collaboration is in line with the launch of the new documentary on Apple TV + to celebrate the 26th anniversary of the release of their album Ill Communication. Directed by Spike Jonze, long-term friend and collaborator of the group, it tells the story of their legacy and cultural significance across both music and fashion.

For the fashion collection Opening Ceremony enlisted the talent of Kim Gordon, Raymond Pettibon, Bill McMullen, Geoff McFetridge and Nejc Prah who have all reinterpreted the groups album artwork for tees, sweats and a unisex boiler suit.
